1 SALMON STEAK

1 LEMON

1″ PIECE OF FRESH GINGER

1 BUNCH SPRING ONIONS

RICE WINE

SESAME OIL

SALT AND PEPPER

GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE (TAMARI)

BAMBOO OR ANY TYPE OF STEAMER

METHOD

PAN OF WATER BRING TO BOIL

SLICE LEMON AND LAY ON A SMALL PLATE IN THE STEAMER

WASH SALMON AND PLACE OVER THE LEMON

SLICE GINGER INTO TINY MATCHSTICKS

PLACE GINGER ON TOP OF SALMON STEAKS

COVER WITH LID AND STEAM FOR FEW MINUTES UNTIL COOKED

CHOP SPRING ONIONS INTO THIN STRIPS

WHEN SALMON COOKED REMOVE FROM PAN

ARRANGE STEAK IN THE CENTRE OF A PLATE

SPRINKLE SPRING ONION OVER SALMON AND AROUND THE PLATE

PLACE THE LEMON SLICES TO DECORATE AND SPRINKLE WITH RED CHILLI SLICES (OPT)

SPRINKLE A FEW DROPS OF SESAME OIL AND RICE WINE OVER SALMON

DRIZZLE DARK SOY SAUCE OVER SALMON AND AROUND THE PLATE
